About Headwaters Psychiatric Solutions
Headwaters Psychiatric Solutions was started in 2021 by Jeff Anderson as a way to serve the unique community of Eastern Idaho and surrounding areas. While obtaining his Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree, Jeff focused on methods to bring high quality mental health care to the rural communities of Idaho, to include removing barriers to the implementation of telehealth.

Where to find us
Our main office is in Rexburg, ID at 1069 Summers Drive, Suite B. We are located just off of Exit 333 near Valley Wide Co-op and Evans Hairstyling College. Our office shares a building with Lowder Orthodontics, our door is the one on the right.
